The internship agreement is a contract that specifies the terms of the internship and sets the rights and obligations of the different parties: the student, the host organization and the university establishment.

9. Is it mandatory to have an internship agreement?

No, the internship agreement is not mandatory, but it is a contract through which all the parties undertake to respect the clauses of the said contract and which can be very useful in the event of a problem. Some companies require an internship agreement, this agreement is mandatory for internships abroad. If an agreement is not required, the student is required to submit an internship proposal form which he must retrieve from the ISI website. This sheet presents a description of the subject, the host organization and indicates the names of the potential supervisors who will ensure the supervision of the subject.

10. How do I get an internship assignment letter?

If the internship agreement is required, the student must sign it and submit it to the internship department, otherwise he must submit the internship proposal form, duly completed. A letter of assignment will be prepared following the submission of the document.

12. How to validate your end-of-study project?

The validation of the end-of-study project is dependent on the validation of the technical and oral defense. The defense period is indicated in the university calendar. During this period, the candidate is taken to defend his project in front of a jury composed of teachers and the professional supervisor. Following the oral defence, a mark will be given which will take into account the quality of the work carried out, the quality of the report submitted and the quality of the defence.
