Training workshops in soft skills, job search techniques, entrepreneurship workshops, additional training by professionals, certifications in languages and technology, training and certification of trainers in transversal and technical skills…
4. Openness to the Environment
Organization of career days, job fair, site visits, meetings with companies, partnership with associations and NGOs…

What are the target objectives of the 4C-ISI center?
The target objectives of the 4C-ISI center mainly concern two aspects:
1. Training component:
On this aspect, the center aims to improve student training and provide some assurance of the quality of training through certifications that are in high demand on the job market, and which can only promote their professional integration.
2. Incubator section:
Following the vote of the START-UP Business ACT bill, and following the adoption of the status of the student entrepreneur, the moment is more favorable than ever for institutions and academic establishments in general and the ISI in particular. to take the lead and reconsider its societal mission. It is in this context that the creation of the ISI Incubator takes place within its 4C-ISI center.
Intended for people with ideas with strong potential for national and international development and with cutting-edge innovations, ISI Incubator aims to promote an entrepreneurial culture among our students, by offering them:

- Support from the ideation phase by mentors and experts;
- An adequate environment in which students can develop their ideas and transform them into an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) or POC (Proof Of Concept);
- Training cycles that will enable candidates to complete their projects: Business Plan, Business Model, access to financing, etc. ;
- To test and improve their strategy thanks to feedback from mentors and experts;
- To acquire in-depth knowledge of the market.
